Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy at London Vintage.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds on Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy.
